We believe strength training is for EVERYONE and want to help teach as many folks as possible how to be safe in the gym, build confidence, and get STRONG! This 4-part series will teach you how to do some foundational strength exercises, safely spot a friend or bail on a missed lift, and take you through a workout as a group where you put all your new skills together.
