Individualized one-on-one coaching created and designed around your goals, needs, and lifestyle. Every session is focused, intentional, and adjusted as you progress
We assess strength, movement, and performance every quarter to track progress, identify areas for improvement and help to deepen your understanding of how your body moves and adapts.
What’s Included?
We offer 2 training private training options based on how frequent you meet one-on-one with a coach. Both options include access to our virtual workout library and community forum. Also 1% of all monthly subscriptions are donated to our Equity Fund!
1 Session x Week
4 Sessions = $360/mo
2 Sessions x Week
8 Sessions = $720/mo
Virtual Workout Library
A library of workouts, mobility routines, and educational resources you can use at home, while traveling, or on days you’re not in the gym.
Community Forum
A shared space to ask questions, connect with other members, and receive ongoing guidance and encouragement from your coach(s).
